"Event" means the concert, festival, exhibition, conference, sports event, or other gathering organized by the Organizer.
"Organizer" means the company, entity, or individual responsible for producing and managing the Event.
"Ticket" means any valid ticket, wristband, or pass that permits entry to the Event.
"Venue" means the location where the Event is held.
"You" / "Ticket Holder" means the person who has purchased a ticket or is attending the Event.
References to singular include plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only.
2. TICKET PURCHASE AND PAYMENT
Tickets are sold subject to availability and to these Terms.
The price of the Ticket shall be the price set at the time of purchase. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.
Tickets must be purchased from the Organizer or an Authorized Agent. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources (including scalpers or unauthorized resale sites) may be counterfeit or invalid and will be voided without refund.
The Organizer reserves the right to limit the number of Tickets that may be purchased by any single individual or entity.
Once confirmed, Ticket sales are final. No exchange or cancellation will be permitted unless authorized under Section 6 of these Terms.
3. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AND ADMISSION
A valid Ticket is required for entry. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any person without a valid Ticket.
The Ticket Holder must retain their Ticket at all times during the Event. Failure to produce a valid Ticket upon request may result in ejection from the Venue.
Entry may be subject to identity verification. Ticket Holders may be required to present a valid photo ID (NRIC, Passport, or Driver’s License) matching the name on the Ticket.
Last entry times may apply. Latecomers may be refused entry or admitted only at a suitable break in the performance, at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

4. AGE RESTRICTIONS AND PARENTAL CONSENT
Age restrictions for the Event will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. It is the Ticket Holder's responsibility to ensure they meet age requirements.
Infants in arms or children under a specific age may be refused entry to certain Events for safety reasons or due to the nature of the content.
Where age restrictions apply (e.g., R18, M18), valid photo ID will be required. Failure to provide proof of age will result in refusal of entry without refund.
Persons under the age of 12 (or such other age as specified) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
5. EVENT SCHEDULE AND CHANGES
The Organizer reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute artists, speakers, performers, or activities; and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements, and audience capacity.
Such changes do not entitle the Ticket Holder to a refund or exchange unless the change constitutes a "Material Alteration" (e.g., a change of the headline act or a change of date) as determined by Singapore consumer law and industry standards.
6. CANCELLATIONS, POSTPONEMENTS, AND REFUNDS
If the Event is cancelled in its entirety, the Organizer will offer a refund of the face value of the Ticket. Booking fees and other transaction charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
If the Event is rescheduled, the Ticket will be valid for the new date. If the Ticket Holder cannot attend the new date, they may be entitled to a refund if a request is made within the specified timeframe.
No refunds will be issued for:
Personal circumstances preventing attendance.
Changes to supporting acts or minor schedule adjustments.
Adverse weather conditions, unless the Event is officially cancelled by the Organizer for safety reasons.

Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment whenever possible.
